Refund Policy

Returns 

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return. 

Email us at contact@amandpmbeauty.com with:

•⁠  ⁠A photo of the product unused and in it’s original packaging
•⁠  ⁠A brief description of the issue
•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.) 

Once received, our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Exceptions/Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the product does not suit your skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare items cannot be returned once opened or show signs of use, wear or contamination.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary, and it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us via the contact option on the AM/PM Beauty website
